I'm really sick! The bigger a company, the worst the customers support.
The name of the last company I decided not to work with? EzineArticles.com. It was my favorite article directory, but hey, I had enough. I'm sick of wasting my time with the idiots Chris hired as editors.
I'm sick of this type of conversation that was repeated again and again ...
Editor: "Hey, your article has this problem..."
After a few minutes I responded, "Nope, read YOUR guidelines ... bla-bla-bla"
After some days or even one whole week, I got ... "Oh, yeah, sorry. We approved your article. Thank you for ..."
The last incident really puzzled me...
6 months ago, a "smart" editor rejected one of my articles. As usually for a "reason" specific to her mind (!) but not according to THEIR own guidelines. I sent a complaint to Chris, the owner of EzineArticles.com. Soon the article was approved. Guess what happened recently?
While their website is FULL of low quality articles that are 100% breaking their rules (but no editor has some time for reviewing them - I can prove it to anyone), one dumb lady has contacted me writing something like ... (I quote from my memory)
"Your article recently submitted wasn't approved. Contact us for more details" [Another stupid EzineArticles way of wasting author's time. Instead of telling upfront what she/he thinks that is the problem, many times they act like saying  "Hey your article has a problem, but I don't want to tell you now what is it. Let's waste some of your time and my time. I am paid for this!  Contact me and then I will tell you what the problem is"]
Me: "I did NOT submit anything recently  The article you're talking about was approved SIX MONTHS AGO and it was online since that moment until today when you removed it "
Editor: "Bla, bla, bla, the article was approved in error, we know that you ... but ... bla, bla, bla, we cannot approve this article". And a stupid reason followed. As usually, that "reason" is NOT mentioned in THEIR guidelines.
This time I had enough. I don't need anymore EzineArticles.com
