Name: William Nickerson
Address: OH 44406, USA.
Email addresses: wnickerson@zoominternet.net & billcanfeild@aol.com
Report:
1. On February 1, 2009, William Nickerson paid for a classified ad to be published by Ezines Group No. 2 from AdsHome Ezine Classified Ad Co-op.
2. 16 minutes after he placed the order, I sent him an email warning him that his ad was full of grammatical errors and pointing to him what the errors are. Just take a look:
| Quote: | Tired of the boring 9 to 5,want a job tha keeps you interest
focused, and at the same time fun, then this is the job for
you,it generats great cash flowand at the same time relaxes
you mentally, this is how winners cheat to win,you cant loose
the perfect job for those at the perfact price |
3. After 8 hours, William replied and sent this "new" ad:
| Quote: | Tired of the boring 9 to 5,want a job that keeps you interest
focused, and at the same time fun, then this is the job for
you,it generates great cash flow and at the same time relaxes
you mentally, this is how winners cheat to win,you cant loose

Full again of errors.
4. After more such back and forth messages where William kept sending such ads, I asked him to let me edit his ad and he agreed.
5. Finally, 12 hours after initially submitting his first ad ... we had an edited ad. He said, "thats perfect it has been a long two and half days", so I sent him the order confirmation, I posted his ad in ADSHOME MALL and sent the ad to the publishers.
6. Then the publishers started to contact him.
7. 9 days after the above story, some of the publishers already published his ad, others didn't publish it yet because it was scheduled later. Fact is that William sent to ClickBank a refund request. According to ClickBank's Refund Confirmation sent to William and copied to me:
| Quote: | | Customer was not satisfied with the product that was purchased. Customer requested a refund. |
Some people still make a confusion between a service and a product, but what can I do?
Of course that ClickBank didn't ask me anything but refunded the customer. It is their policy not to care of anything. I wonder what happens if I purchase ad space from them, and after they publish my poor ad ... I tell them ... I'm not satisfied with your PRODUCT, give me my money back. Will they give me the money back or ...
Anyway, I sent an email to William asking him what was the problem. Guess what? You know it, don't you? Willliam didn't bother to respond. Most probably he is busy placing more orders so that to get something else for free after he will ask for a refund from those nice guys from ClickBank. _________________ Low Cost Ezine Classified Ads

Check this: http://www.clickbank.com/advertise.html
There a NO terms and conditions. You can only find out that,
| Quote: | | Advertising on the ClickBank site is not required to be a ClickBank publisher or affiliate. |
and then when you click on the links for more information you are forwarded to the page where you HAVE to login, which means that the above quoted statement is not true.
Indeed they don't care of anything ... I gave up using them, now their tracking system works like hell and a lot of affiliates lose their earnings. Of course ClickBank doesn't care, they think that they don't lose anything. But the truth is that they lose our trust ... But that's their problem if they don't know to make business... |

Anne, that customer was right! You didn't supply the "product" you were supposed to deliver. You delivered MORE
Just joking, too bad that some people are using such practices (or are really dumb and is not their fault for that) _________________ Dave, VA at AdsMarket Ezine Advertising Network
